(1) The design is simple. Conventional cutting die is done by drawing a pencil or ballpoint pen on the die board, and then cutting the die. After using the laser die cutter, the design can be directly performed on the computer without any depiction.
(2) The error is small. In traditional cutting die, the die board is sawed by jigsaw, which creates a misalignment during the movement and causes errors; and the laser die cutting machine is fully automatic and does not require manual intervention.
(3) High work efficiency. The traditional processing speed is slow; while the laser die cutter is large-format, non-contact, and can be operated in 24 hours. Therefore, the application of the laser die cutting machine can significantly accelerate the development of the enterprise and improve economic efficiency. The workflow of the laser die cutter is: First, the die that needs to be made is designed in AUTOCAD or CORELDRAW, and then stored in the corresponding graphic format, such as DXF and PLT formats. Open the professional control software of the production enterprise, import the file, set the corresponding parameters and start the device to run.
