In general, there are four reasons that creasing are not clear on die cutting works:

       1. The quality of the paper is relatively poor. Poor paper and low water content will reduce the paper's toughness and easily break.

       2. Wrong choice of creasing rule.

       3. The patching paper under laser die is too high or too low;

       4. The pressure of the die cutting machine is not adjusted correctly

       The solutions are as follows:

       1. Adjust the process conditions of die cutting according to the condition of the cardboard .

       2. Check whether the creasing rule is appropriate;

       3. Readjust the height of the creasing rule;

       4. Properly adjust the pressure of the die cutting machine
