Laser die making machine workflow:
Firstly, the laser die cutting file is designed in AutoCAD or CorelDraw, stored in the corresponding DXF, PLT and other graphic formats. The file is imported into the CNC software of laser die cutting machine. After setting the corresponding cutting parameters, the device cuts the die.
Compared with the traditional manual die process, the laser die process has the following advantages:
(1) Simple design: the manual die is drawn on the die board with a pencil or a ballpoint pen, and then the manual saw is used to saw the seam on the board; and after laser die making machine is used, the design can be directly carried out in the computer software. No manual design is required.
(2) Small error: In manual die manufacturing, the die board is sawed. In the process of moving, it is easy to make errors due to misalignment; and the laser die cutting machine is fully automatic, non-contact, and does not have artificial interference.
(3) High efficiency: the manual die processing is slow, while laser die making machine has a fast cutting speed and can work 24 hours. Therefore, the use of laser die cutting machine can greatly shorten the production time of the die board.
