First, the bearing:

The laser die making machine uses a large number of bearings. In order to ensure a good cutting effect, some bearings need to be applied oil regularly. Wipe off the dust on the bearing with a clean soft cloth. Use a needle tube to suck the oil, and then slowly inject the needle into the bearing. Slowly rotate the bearing when filling the oil.

Second, the linear guide rail:

After the laser die making machine is used for a period of time, and the smoke and dust generated by the cutting have a corrosive effect on the guide rail, so the guide rail should be regularly maintained.

Turn off the laser die cutting machine, clean the rails with a clean soft cloth, and then apply grease to the rails. After the oil is finished, let the sliders roll back and forth on the rails to ensure that the lubricant enters the slider.

Third, the mirror & focus mirror:

After a period of use of laser die making machine, smoke dust adheres to the surface of the lens, affecting the depth of cut and cutting accuracy. Generally, wipe the mirror and focusing mirror with alcohol in a week or so.

Fourth, the maintenance of the laser tube:

The laser tube in the laser die cutting machine is cooled by circulating water. After long-term use, there will be some white scale in the tube. We can add a small amount of vinegar in the circulating water, remove the gutter in the tube, and then use clean water circulates the inside of the laser tube so that the laser tube will be in optimal working condition and the lifespan of laser die making machine will be extended.
