There are three methods commonly used:

First ,Don’t turn off the chiller of the laser die cutting machine

When you are off work or do not use the Laser die cutting machine for a long time, do not turn off the cooling system of the laser die cutting machine, plug the chiller power supply into the non-segment power supply, to make it work all the time, so that the water flow in the laser tube pf the laser die cutting machine is always circulating, so that the water won’t freeze. 

Second, Emptying the cooling water inside the laser tube of the laser die cutting machine

The water in the laser tube of the laser die cutting machine is drained or left in a very small portion. Even if it freezes, it will not cause the laser tube of the laser die cutting machine to rupture. It is recommended to pull in the water inlet, that iss the water inlet of the laser tube of the laser die cutting machine, and blow out the water in the laser tube of the laser die cutting machine.

Third, Put anti-freeze

Antif-reeze is added to the water tank. The anti-freeze is generally composed of alcohol and water. It requires high boiling point and flash point, large specific heat and conductivity, low temperature viscosity, no foaming, and no corrosion of metal parts and rubber hoses. It is added to the chiller tank of the laser die cutting machine to prevent the cooling water from freezing. However, it is not recommended to use anti-freeze for a long time, to avoid the change of the laser tube of the laser die cutting machine, which will cause the light effect. If the energy of the laser tube of the laser die cutting machine is changed, it is recommended to replace it with pure water.
