First, make sure draught fan is clean: The long-term use of draught fan on laser die making machine will accumulate a lot of solid dust, which will cause a lot of noise, which is not conducive to exhaust and deodorization. When there is insufficient suction of draught fan, firstly turn off the power supply of laser die cutting machine, the air inlet pipe and the air outlet pipe on the fan are removed, the dust inside is removed, and then the fan is inverted, and the fan blades are pulled up until it is clean. Then install draught fan.

Second, the replacement of water: clean the water tank on laser die making machine and replace the circulating water once a week. Note: The laser tube must be filled with circulating water before working. The water quality and water temperature of the circulating water directly affect the service life of the laser tube on laser die cutting machine. It is recommended to use pure water and control the water temperature below 35 °C. 

Third, cleaning of the guide rail: During the operation of laser die making machine, a large amount of corrosive dust and smoke will be generated during the processing of the workpiece, and these smoke and dust are deposited on the surface of the guide rail and the linear shaft for a long time. Laser die cutting machine’s accuracy has a great influence and will form an etch point on the surface of the linear axis of the guide rail to shorten the service life of the equipment. It is recommended to clean it once every half month and shut down.
