Since the industry began to use automatic bender machines, laser die cutting machine has gradually become a mainstream product. The most important thing is that laser die making machines can cut many complicated patterns, which can not be done by manual saw table. However, many problems have been discovered recently during the cutting process. The first is that during the laser cutting process, the material on the top is not cut, and the lower part is cut. 1. the blade edge is blunt

2. the upper layer material hardness and flexibility are too strong and the underlying material is too different

3. there are debris on the pad, clean it.
