Automatic plastic die making machine is driven by 8 imported servo motors in total to control the movements and ensure the high cutting precision and accuracy. The acrylic die handled by plastic die sawing machine, it's accurate tolerance is less than 0.05 mm-0.1 mm, which is better than many laser cutting on the market.

The machine only consists of CNC sawing machine and an air compressor, while laser die cutting machine has complex configuration which is a large cost for machine running & maintenance.
