When laser die cutting machine’s laser power supply does not shine, you can know some maintenance tips as below:

1. Power on first to observe the fault point of the laser power supply on laser die making machine.

2. First determine whether the cooling fan is rotating: If the fan runs, it means that the high-voltage line on laser die cutting machine is faulty; otherwise, the fan does not turn, it means that the control line is faulty.

3.When the fan on laser die making machine runs, check whether the 220V power supply has voltage after rectification, and then check whether the power amplifier tube is burnt out. Whether the voltage after power amplification is normal is 400-600V DC pulse. If it is normal, it can be concluded that it is a high voltage package. A fault has occurred and it has to be replaced.

4. When the fan on laser die cutting machine does not run, check whether the voltage after the bridge rectifier voltage regulation is normal, and then check whether the voltage after the voltage transformation is normal. Usually, the control chip is prone to failure.
