1. 300W double heads laser die cutting machine

 

Market share: 55%( the most widely used laser die cutting machine in China.

 

Advantages: machine cost and production cost is relatively low, easy to make maintenance. The working speed can meet mostly demands of small-middle die making shops.

 

Disadvantages: Compared to high power laser die cutting machine, the machine cutting speed is slower and stability is not as good as high power laser die cutting machine. 300W laser die cutting machine is suitable for new die makers or manual die makers.

 

2. 300W ~700W single head laser die cutting machine

 

Market share: 15%(not widely accepted in China)

 

Advantages: this kind of laser die cutting machine is not too costly, 700W laser die cutting machine can cut thin steel die plate.

 

Disadvantages: slow cutting speed, laser tube and laser generator are not standard parts on the market, parts replacement is complicated and costly. These kind of laser die cutting machine’s stability is not high. Maintenance cost is high as well.

 

3. 1000W and above laser die cutting machine

Market share: 30%( big die makers use high power laser die cutting machine)

 

Advantages: high power laser die cutting machine’s working speed is fast. Machine is stable, high cutting accuracy and low production cost. And high power laser die cutting machine can cut steel plate.

 

Disadvantages: these laser die cutting machine cost high and take a big place. It requires big business to match the production capability.
