Inspection work before starting the laser die cutting machine

1. Check whether the screw, motor, coupling and other devices of laser die making machine are loose.

2. Check whether all transmission parts are loose, check the meshing of gears and racks, and adjust if necessary.

　
3. Check whether there is any block at the main air inlet and whether each valve and pressure gauge are working properly.

　　
4. Check whether all the air pipe joints are loose and make sure all the pipes are not damaged. Tighten or replace if necessary.

　　
5. Loosen the tightening device and push the pulley with hand. Check whether it comes and go freely. If there is any abnormality, adjust or replace it in time.

　　
6. Check the power distribution cabinet and operation platform, whether the fastening screws are loose, use a vacuum cleaner or a blower to clean the dust in the cabinet. Check if the wiring head is loose.

　　
7. Check the performance of all buttons and selector switches on laser die cuttting machine, replace damaged ones, and finally check the accuracy of the graphic inspection machine.
