1. Check for looseness of the screw, motor, coupling, etc.

2. Check all transmission parts of laser die cutter for looseness, check the gear and the rack, and adjust if necessary.

3. Check the total air inlet for waste, and check that all valves and pressure gauges are working properly.

4. Check all tubing connections for looseness and all tubes with no damage. Fasten or replace if necessary.

5. Loosen the tightening device of laser die cutting machine and push the pulley by hand. If come and go easily, if it is abnormal, adjust or replace it in time.

6. Check the power distribution cabinet and the operating platform. If the fastening screws are loose, use a vacuum cleaner or a blower to clean the cabinet. Check if the terminal is loose.

7. Check the performance of all buttons and selector switches, damage replacement, and finally the integrated inspection pattern to check the accuracy of the laser die cutter.
