1. The products with the curved cutting rules are placed separately according to the qualified products and the defective products. After the steel rule blade bender has processed the cutting rules, some of them need to be processed again on the manual bender machine, and some can be directly loaded into the die board.

2. At the end of production, the blade bending machine should stop at the middle of the return to the origin. If the steel rule blade bender is not continuously produced, the air filter should be cleaned and the air compressor drained.

3. Maintain the blade bending machine according to the daily maintenance content. If the screw is lubricated, the machine table is neatly arranged and easy to loosen.

4. Fill in the handover record carefully. In order to prepare the next operation, the steel rule blade bender personnel are more convenient and orderly production.
