It should be very careful when cleaning the lens of the laser die cutting machine. Before cleaning the lens of the laser die cutting machine, please read the following notes:

1. Always wear finger cots or rubber gloves when taking the lens of the laser die cutting machine, because the dirt and oil droplets on the hands of the laser die cutting machine will stain the lens of the laser die cutting machine, causing performance degradation.

2. Do not use any tools to take the lens of the laser die cutting machine, such as tweezers.

3. Place the lens of the laser die cutting machine on the lens paper to avoid damage.

4. Do not place the lens of the laser die cutting machine on a rough or hard surface. The infrared lens of the laser die cutting machien  is easily scratched.

5. Do not clean or touch the surface of pure gold or pure copper.

Step 1: Gently clean light contaminants (dust, floccules) Use air balls to blow off the surface of the lens of the laser die cutting machine. If the contaminants are not blown, continue to the second step.

Step 2 Gently clean light contaminants (dust, fingerprints). Use acetone, propanol to wet the cotton swab or cotton ball, and gently scrub the surface of the lens  for the laser die cutting machine, taking care to avoid scrubbing hard.

Step 3 Moderately clean medium contaminants (saliva, oil droplets) Wet cotton swabs or cotton balls with white vinegar, scrub the surface with a small amount of force for the lens of the laser die cutting mahcine, and then wipe off the excess white vinegar with a dry cotton swab which stayed on the lens of the laser die cutting machine.

The fourth step is the detection of clean lenses for the laser die cutting machine.

Carefully inspect the lens surface  for the lens of the laser die cutting machine.on a black background in the sun. If it is found that there is still a residue of the polishing paste, it can be repeated 4b-4d until it is completely removed foe the lens of the laser die cutting machine.
