1. Ordinary cardboard
Ordinary cardboard includes common cardboard, corrugated paper and so on. For die-cutting this type of cardboard, you can use ordinary cutting rule. If the die-cutting shape is complex, you need to choose a cutting rule material with a slightly lower blade hardness and better bending performance.
2. Rigid rubber sheet
Rigid rubber sheets include PVC, PET, high-density materials, gaskets, etc. Die cutting this kind of material needs to choose a cutting material with high hardness. The smaller the blade angle, the greater the hardness of the blade, the better the wear resistance.
3. Flexible material
Flexible materials include aluminum foil, peritoneal materials, and soft plastics. Die cutting this kind of material needs to use a cutting rule material with a finely ground edge. This kind of cutting rule has a smooth edge surface, a small die cutting pressure required, can pass through viscous materials, and reduces the problem of trimming and fuzzing.
4. Recycle paper
Die cutting recycled paper is very easy to produce paper powder. Therefore, you should choose a cutting rule that can reduce the friction between the blade and the paper during the die cutting process. The cutting rule whose blade surface is polished or coated is very smooth and can meet this requirement.
