(1) Machine part: The machine part of the laser die cutter, the mechanical part that realizes the movement of the X, Y and Z axes, including the cutting work platform.

(2) Laser generator: A device that generates a laser light source.

(3) External light path: A refracting mirror that guides the laser to the desired direction.

(4) CNC system: Control laser die cutting machine to realize the movement of the X, Y and Z axes, and also control the output power of the laser.

(5) Regulated power supply: connected between the laser, CNC machine tool and power supply system.

(6) Cutting head of laser die cutter: mainly includes a cavity, a focusing lens holder, a focusing mirror, a capacitive sensor and an auxiliary gas nozzle.

(7) Operator station: used to control the working process of laser die cutting machine.

(8) Chiller: used to cool the laser generator (using distilled water, circulating operation)

(9) Cylinders: including laser die cutting machine working medium gas cylinders and auxiliary gas cylinders

(10) Air compressors, gas storage tanks: supply and storage of compressed air.

(11) Air Cooling Dryer, Filter: Used to supply clean dry air to the laser generator and beam path to maintain proper operation of the path and mirror.

(12) Exhaust dust remover: Extract the dust and dust generated during processing, and carry out filtration treatment to make the exhaust emission comply with environmental protection standards.
